Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Successor Coach is a service of FSD Professional Services, LLC, which also does business as Delk Consulting. Contact us at admin@successorcoach.com.

2. What we provide

A free readiness diagnostic; a paid Successor Coach Development Plan tool; paid coaching reviews; and cohort-based coaching programs. These are coaching and educational services — not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or valuation advice. Decisions about your business remain yours.

3. How you get access

There are no accounts and no passwords. The diagnostic asks for a name and an email address at the end, so that it can send you your report. If you buy a plan, we email you a private link that opens it. That link is the key: anyone holding it can open your plan until the link is revoked, so treat it the way you would treat a password. Tell us if it goes astray and we will revoke it and issue a new one.

You are responsible for the security of your email account and for the accuracy of what you enter.

4. Purchases and access

• Successor Coach Development Plan — $289 at launch pricing, $359 afterwards. Includes twelve months of full access from purchase: creating and editing your plan, tracking actions, generating reports, and email reminders. After twelve months your plan becomes read-only, and you can still view and export it. Continued full access is $49 per year.
• Plan plus a 90-minute review — $699 in total, which is $410 as an upgrade if you have already bought the plan at launch pricing. Includes the Development Plan and one scheduled 90-minute session. Unused sessions expire twelve months after purchase.
  
  You can buy the review at any point, including before you start the plan. Scheduling the session requires your plan to be at least 80% answered — the review is a review of your plan, and ninety minutes is only useful once there is something to work from. Your progress toward that point is shown in the plan itself. We may waive this if it makes sense for your situation; ask.
• Cohort programs. Governed by the separate Letter of Agreement signed at enrollment, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

When checkout opens, the name that will appear on your card statement is shown to you before you pay.

5. Refunds

• Development Plan: a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if you have completed no more than one of the seven areas. After that, no refund — the product is delivered in full on access.
• Review, once scheduled: a full refund if you cancel more than seven days before the session. Inside seven days, or after the session, no refund — the time is reserved for you and for whoever else is joining. If we cancel, you are refunded or rescheduled, your choice.
• Review, not yet scheduled: because scheduling waits on your plan reaching 80%, you are never stuck holding something you cannot use. Ask at any time before you book and we will refund the review portion of what you paid; you keep the plan and its twelve months of access.

Refund requests go to admin@successorcoach.com. We would rather resolve a problem than keep money from somebody who feels badly served.

6. Your content

What you enter — answers, plans, notes — remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it in order to provide the service.

7. Our content

The questions, frameworks, reports, and materials are ours. You may use them for yourself and inside your own company. Please do not republish them, resell them, or use them to build a competing product.

8. Acceptable use

Do not pass your plan link to people who should not have it, attempt to breach the service, upload other people’s confidential information without the authority to do so, or use the service unlawfully. We may withdraw access that is used this way.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue something you paid for, we will refund you fairly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business decisions made in reliance on our services.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. We will try to resolve any dispute by direct conversation before anything else.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and we will email anybody with an active plan about material changes.
